Aroha's Way

This book is a children's guide through emotions. It has 36 pages of simplified emotional content following Aroha and her ways of dealing with different forms of anxiety.

Aroha has four favourite ways to help with anxiety. Exercise to relieve nervousness, belly breathing to blow away fear, distraction for worrying thoughts and sharing troubles with others for apprehension. This book takes a simple journey through these ways.

Written and Illustrated by Rebekah Lipp and Craig Phillips it is 22cm x 21cm.

At the back of the book, is a section for parents and teachers to explore the concepts in a little more depth.
