Featuring a Kererū perched in a garden setting with pretty flowers. Are they birds of paradise? The Kererū is New Zealand's native pigeon. An interesting thing about Kererū is they are happy to fly long distances for seasonal food sources. This makes them the most important species for transferring seeds between widely spaced native forest in New Zealand. One tagged individual flew at least 480km during a 100 day period, involving four crossings of Foveaux Strait.

They are dishwasher safe but not microwave safe.
